Khi active developer mode người quản trị sẽ can thiệp sâu vào hệ thống hơn, chỉnh sửa được các phần nâng cao.
Để active chúng ta truy cập web, đăng nhập bằng tài khoản quản trị > Settings > Phần Developer Tools > Activate the developer mode
Mặc định khi cài module web trên Odoo, phần Footer sẽ có Powered by Odoo, chúng ta muốn bỏ hoặc chỉnh sửa lại.
Yêu cầu: phải active developer mode
Vào Settings > vào menu Technical > mục User Interface > Views > nhập từ khóa Brand vào ô tìm kiếm > chọn Brand Promotion Message > Edit
Xóa dòng sau hoặc sửa theo thông tin bạn muốn

Phải Activate the developer mode trước > Vào Settings > Vào menu Technical > Parameters: System Parameters >Sửa key: web.base.url từ IP local sang tên miền > Save
Để ngăn không cho hệ thống reset lại cấu hình cũ chúng ta thêm key mới vào System Parameters: Key: web.base.url.freeze, Value: 1
